Delete your account

In the game, in a minute

  1. Open Ether Mines (ethermines.org, or the app on your phone or computer) and enter with your nickname and password.
  2. On the title screen, open Account, then Delete my account.
  3. Type your nickname to confirm, then press Delete my account.

It is done at once, for good: it cannot be undone.

Can't enter any more? Write to contact@ethermines.org from any address, with your nickname. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and you get an answer once it is.

What is deleted

Your account and your game in every world: your nickname and password, your saves and progress, your bag, uniques, Gwei, cosmetics (including the premium pieces), plots, trade offers, chat lines, signs, reports and recovery code.

Your validators go back to dark ruins, for anyone to relight. The blocks you placed stay in the shared world, but no longer carry your nickname.

What is kept

For a premium purchase paid in euros, the record the law asks for is kept for 10 years, for accounting: the piece, the amount, the date, the payment reference, the nickname and account id it was bought with, and the email given for a website payment. Nothing else.

Partial deletion (only your chat lines, a sign, your email…) without deleting the account: write to contact@ethermines.org. More in the privacy policy.

Supprimer ton compte

  1. Ouvre Ether Mines (ethermines.org, ou l'appli sur ton téléphone ou ton ordinateur) et entre avec ton pseudo et ton mot de passe.
  2. Sur l'écran titre, ouvre Account, puis Delete my account.
  3. Tape ton pseudo pour confirmer, puis appuie sur Delete my account.

C'est immédiat et définitif. Tu ne peux plus entrer ? Écris à contact@ethermines.org avec ton pseudo : ton compte est supprimé sous 30 jours.

Supprimé : ton compte et ta partie dans tous les mondes (pseudo, mot de passe, progression, sac, objets uniques, Gwei, cosmétiques y compris premium, parcelles, échanges, messages, panneaux). Tes validateurs redeviennent des ruines sombres ; tes blocs restent dans le monde, sans ton pseudo.

Conservé : pour un achat premium payé en euros, ce que la loi impose, 10 ans, pour la comptabilité : la pièce, le montant, la date, la référence du paiement, le pseudo et l'identifiant du compte qui l'a acheté, et l'e-mail donné pour un paiement sur le site. Rien d'autre.
